Is it late May yet EKWB?
I just sent ekwb a hardware update question about there blocks for the ftw3. Nothing about pre orders no answer back on there facebook page nor the overclock forums except "early June" that is it. I just got all the parts from them for a custom loop except the gpu blocks. I even got the mod side panel for my new phanteks primo case https://mnpctech.com/phanteks-case-mods/phanteks-enthoo-primo-clear-window-replacement-side-panel.htmlI got my 2nd ftw3 card from BH video last Friday. Got a empty case to fill lol.

MON 11:14PM  The waterblock for the FTW3 is comming soonish, we dont have and exact date, but it might be in within a week.  Is that for pre orders or out right for sale? I just got mine dropped off at the door, regular ups ground shipping, GTX 1080 Ti FTW3,,,pics to follow......gosh it's heavy! I'm gonna need a kickstand for it I think. (A white plastic trim one, if it matters. Ordered a couple of weeks ago and shipped on 22nd like they said)

I pre-ordered the black Elite FTW3
FTW3 pre-orders were supposed to start shipping on the 22nd.... i called EVGA Europe to know more about why my order status hasn't changed since the 22nd has came and gone and the bloke said they waiting on the cards to arrive. He said a new date was on the site but i can't find it.... but I can see that someone has already received the GPU. So hopefully it'll be here very soon.
Can't wait to get my hands on this bad boy.

That has gotten me a bit worrisome and the fact that they want a ton of change for one versus the competitors that have better flow, heat discharge and are for much less and a name for themselves over the years and we or I still don't know who makes these GPUs. I hope they didn't cheap out and went with one of them chinese knockoff companies overseas in order to increase their bottom line.

I'm sorry EVGA, i love your products and despite the problems with the first 10 series from EVGA (I got a 1060 with temp issues) i'm still buying EVGA because of the way you dealt with that temp issue (even though i was promised thermal pads and never got them)... but if I don't get my ordered 1080 Ti by mid week i'm canceling my order.
I've pre-ordered as soon as i got the 1080Ti Elite Membership email, in early May.... I was sorta OK to wait almost 3 weeks for it (shipping was supposed to start on the 22nd), but now, almost a week after the 22nd and my order still hasn't changed one bit. Still "waiting to process" or something like that.
I mean, for someone with already 2 1080s, buying an £800 (including tax) is already nuts and was a spur of the moment thing... so the more I wait, there's a possibility a regret and a change of heart. Plus, we know what's coming Very soon.
Sorry for the rant but even Saints have patience threshold.
PS - I mean, all this time waiting and the Kingpin is almost out.... if this takes too long i'll cancel and wait for that instead.

Just replaced my Gtx 1080 with the Gtx 1080 ti FTW3, and omg what a beautiful beast this card is. Currently playing MEA with a 4k Phillips 40" monitor. With my older 1080 I was only able to have a few settings on ultra, the rest either medium or high, to maintain a decent 45-55 fps in 4k. With the 1080 ti FTW3, I went into Nvidia Experience and saw the new optimizations were all ultra settings which I used. When back in game with the ultra settings, my fps were even higher than previous, consistently running 55-60 without a stutter. With ultra settings. In 4k. I'm just completely amazed at the difference this card makes. Can't wait to go back to Witcher 3 and enable ultra settings and Nvidia Hairworks, which I wasn't able to do (and maintain a decent frame rate) with the 1080.
I don't know it the GTX 1080 ti FTW3 will make as huge an impact if you're running a lower resolution, but in 4k it's just incredible. It's definitely the single card solution for 4k gaming. It also runs cool even under heavy loads, and when those fans kick in, you can't even hear them. Whisper quiet.
Was able to pick this card up on Amazon for $761 (with state tax), sold my 1080 on Ebay for $400, so my upgrade was only $361, best upgrade I've ever made. One note on buying from Amazon: steer clear of those scumming 3rd party sellers that buy up all the cards and then try to resell them at $800-900.

I also believe your warranty becomes second hand as the original warranty would go to those 3rd party folks since they're not an authorized retailer like Newegg and the likes, on top of paying more.

Yes, those price drops are making me think a lot too. I paid the same as you here in the UK (fu***** VAT). I mean, there's a Ti on the market for $699 now. That's what, almost £200 less (when VAT is included) ?? That's enough for a top of the line 1000W power supply I also need (EVGA did a -10% promotion on PSUs but only in the US. Great  ). I've already paid for the card (the money went out almost instantly on pre-order when other companies only take the money out when items get shipped, but that's not majorly relevant ... and even less relevant if we consumers get the items on time) but the GPU still hasn't arrived. I've made my decision, today is bank holiday here in England but if by Wednesday the card is not inside my machine i'm cancelling my order. I mean, it's been almost a month since pre-order and 1 week since the promised shipping date (22nd/May). It's just too much. And for someone that does game videos etc it's even worse because by the time I do my reviews and videos, it's already old (ish) news and I lose a lot of views. As i mentioned above, this was already a spur of the moment thing and all this waiting plus price drops on other vendors is borderline making me regret it. I'll wait 2 more days like I promised and that it. PS - I just checked my order again and finally "Your order has shipped". Hopefully will be here tomorrow.
