Just as the title says, this only happens in Siege. Movement keys (WASD) and leaning (QE) have horrible lag (over 1 second probably). This happens with the OSD on or off, doesn't matter.
Issues went away immediately when I removed Precision.

That's such a shame, since I bought the 1080Ti SC2 iCX instead of the black edition to control the fans individually which can only be done through Precision.

I just wanted to say that I'm having the exact same issue.  In both Prey and Battlegrounds, I can be running forward and right with W and D, and if I went to keep running forward and go left, I'll press A, but I won't start moving in that direction for a second.  If I'm doing lots of direction changes, I can barely control it.  My character is all floaty and unreliable.  What's up with this software?

Glad to know I'm not the only one. Sadly EVGA hasn't updated Precision yet, while MSI Afterburner's beta works perfectly (aside from the iCX-specific controls).
