The 980 Ti FTW, or any other 980 Ti for that matter, doesn't have a VRM temperature sensor(s). Those VRM temps listed in that program are likely the motherboard's VRM temps, and they do seem a bit toasty.
Try lowering your CPU/RAM overclocks to see if that helps. Also, case airflow over the motherboard might be an issue. Finally, the thermal grease might have dried out or the heatsink might have come loose on the motherboard VRMs.
