Does is okay to be running my GPU EVGA GTX 580 1.5 gb under fans 85% with temps of 60? full load?
I know i made like 5 days ago a post like this, but this post is more focus on my GTX 580, and more detailed, hope someone can help! Thanks and apologies for my English

I'm trying to achieve a stability and performance in my ring
Case v9 thermaltake black edition:
Fans:
1x exhaust 230mm upper case
1x exhaust 230mm Left side case (This was supposed to be intake but the edge of fans the little plastic that catch the edge is broken, so i had to put the fan in reverse working as exhaust, otherwhise it will be kicking, hitting the panel...
1x intake 120mm front of the case at bottom.

Also this case used to have a Rear 120 MM exhaust in the rear panel, but sadly is damage to u.u  is and old case 2011..

so far using Hardware Monitor: These are my temps:

USING MSI AFTERBURNER
The default clock for this EVGA Gtx 580 1.5 GB are:
Core Clock 772 MHZ
Memory Clock 2002
Default Core Voltage 1050
I manage to up to 820, and 2050 Memory clock without altering the voltage
Also i did configure the MSI After burner in this way to achieve a high fan speed, my latest gtx 580 bios did lock the fans at 85% instead of 100
I Think that's happen because the loud at 100% fans is extreme ... and annoying.
So what do you think, how far i can reach with that 1050 voltage? or should i stop overclocking? because most games are running not so good in fps..
Diablo 3 at 1680x1050 runs around 100/130 fps, with everything high, and shadows MEDIUM, and no antialising, but i was thinking to play other games..
I'll post below the screen shoot of my settings MSI AFTER BURNER

MSI AFTER BURNER settings:

Also I like to set in windows the CPU to HIGH PERFORMANCE , because if i don't set that to High performance even at stable FPS in diablo 3 i feel like stuttering, when i se to high performance games perform better

Another question is, should I keep the NVIDIA POWER MANAGEMENT in Optimal Power, Adaptive or MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE?, does this will cause stuttering like the  Battery Power Management like in Windows?

First question: Yes, 60c is perfectly fine.
Second question: Leave global power management on adaptive. Under program settings set power management to max performance for each of your games.

Bro you always helping the community thank you so much
Tried this settings hope you can check the picture, I didn't upgrade my voltages still 1050, core 850, and tried to up the memory to 2100, no problems, i ended up changing the FAN setup in MSI AFTER BURNER TO THIS:
    40% fan  - 30 Centigrade
    60% fan  - 50 Centigrade
    70% fan  - 60 centigrade
    80% fan  - 75 centigrade
    85% fan  - 80 centigrade

So as i see, MSI AFTER BURNER to me is way better than evga precision X lol :D im loving this. So the question is: should i keep raising my memory clock like 20 points, and check for stability on things etc? also i've see people before get 900mhz on this 580, but they seem to up voltage to 1.1 and i really don't want that.., because
IT seems that my gpu at 100% load, with heaven engiene and Tech Gpu, gets between 60-66 temps full...  at 60-74% fan speed, and thats like crazy right?
I think the day that i get a exhaust rear fan 120mm pc will reduce more temperature, also, i need a chasis 230m intake... but i guess is better to buy a new CASE to have a more organized cable management and more reliable and fast Case
I do always check channels like Tech City, LinusTech, Jay two Cents, i love them, they are so great
I've taking lately alot of r Jay´s recommendations with the Pressure positive and neutral air cooling, he say that is good to put up the PSU fan, and i did it and my case result in better cooling, the thing is... i cannot make it safe because this case wasn't development to put psu with fan up, just down hehe

No problem. Yes, if you're looking to push the memory even higher you'll definitely need to increase it in small increments & test for stability. 60-66c are great temps for heaven benchmark.

I ended up by increasing voltage to 1080 to keep estable the 850 core and 2100 memory, does this trust, that people say if you downgrade the memory you can achieve more clock core?

A higher core clock will provided more fps. Underclocking the memory won't allow you to overclock the core more.

Yeah but, suddenly i was starting to have like GPU artifacts in games o.o, like Tree of Saviors, but they see that, that game is not optimized for AMD, which can cause  issues... but them again, in diablo 3, suddenly it star to pop up some black lines, i ended up by changing back the core clock to 772 and memory to 2004 u.u because high temps diablo 3 was like using 89-90 more than the    Heaven Engine actually , or maybe my pc was suddenly to hot... and damage temporally the gpu, but now pc goes fluid.. i dont know , but thanks for posting.

Too high of an overclock can cause artifacts.
