My RMA status is - "Shipped From EVGA: Shipped On: 5/19/2017 - Tracking Number:"
There´s no tracking number, can someone check it?

You ordered from the Brazil EVGA website is that correct? If so then make sure you go to www.evga.com and that the website is set for Portuguese and then go to MEMBRO and login again. Then choose MY ORDER HISTORY (but in Portuguese) and see if the tracking number is there. If not please let me know.

Unfortunately brazilian homepage is facing some issues since last week. I tried a couple of times to check there, I´m getting timed out notices all the time. Just now I got this message: Error reaching the EVGA websiteWe're sorry, there appears to be an internet connection problem to our website. We are looking into this and hope to have a resolution soon.

Ok, let me know if they answer something. Anyways I´m pretty sure I have no Order History option on Member>My EVGA on brazilian homepage, the only option under My EVGA is "My profile". On the other countries homepages I have this option, but not on brazilian homepage.

Hello ca_metal, Since there is no direct sales from the EVGA Protugese website to Brazil, there would be no "order history" option on the page. For RMA information, you will want to check via Servico > EVGA RMA There it will show you the status of your RMA request. I can confirm that you RMA was processed and our EVGA Latin America team is currently working on have your replacement shipped out to you. The replacement process for Brazil and LATAM, does take a bit longer than our RMA in the U.S. If you would like some further information on your RMA, please feel free to contact our LATAM team via email: Soporte@EVGA.com or via Skype: SuporteEVGA _Eddie
