Leiden Classical (Chemistry) Team Crunching@EVGA  Backup POTM Listed Below Post #13
More to Follow....

An item to remember about this Project is to not give up and allow time for new tasks to be downloaded.
Last week and the week before I was running well with only a few hours a day not getting any tasks.
It seems once your computer completes tasks the more often you will receive more, this just my be a give and I only think this.
Give yourself at lest a half of a day to allow for tasks. Sadly their are no Badges for this Project.
Thanks

Yep and another place we could pick up a quick 3 points is VGTU where we could move from 4th to 3rd. They have tasks and we only need about 75K to do it. (I did 17k yesterday with out really trying hard.)

Leiden Classical allows a maximum of 16 WUs per request and a maximum of 128 WUs per day per user. At least the last PM I got from the admin on 10/29/15

And yes that is per user... so makes for a really crappy challenge project.

It may be a Crappy "Challenge Project" but the POTM is meant to run A Favorite Project of a Team Member to also move a Team Member & our Team up the Ranks.
We have gotten 1 Point over on Formula BOINC over the last week as well. Grant it helps very little over on the DC Vault
We also have a very small group of Team Members that run POTM and my Goal is to get more Team Members to run POTM on their Favorite Project that in turn we should get more Team Members to run the POTM.
We have a lot of Team Members that Run Projects that are not really part of the Team and I would like to see them also run POTM. Maybe with this they will run more Team Events and Challenges that come about between the BOINC Teams.
Some of them have a lot of Power and out Team could use it.

Any hoot thank you for the info.
That would also explain why only one of my Rig are running well and the others not getting any work.
But at least my one rig is running 14 Tasks non-stop and has been for a week now. My New AMD Rig

No Info or News on New Accounts, they as a lot of BOINC Projects to not communicate very well.
I would say for Team Members that cannot create an account See Post #13 Below

Well shoot, there goes any idea of password sharing on this project. Sounds like they have limited work unit generation and want to give everyone a chance to get work.

Yes you could say that this is a Real "Challenged Project" in it's own rights.

I'm okay with DENIS as a subproject.
I saw the new subproject notice earlier today.

    Hey Everyone,
Just started running Denis, is there an app_config file for this project??

I got 1 task, but do not seem to get any more, even though I have 6 cores total.

    Much appreciated

    Hmm...
I'm getting enough work for each core plus a few extra in reserve, with no app config.
Has it improved for you yet?

Yes, all running now, all cores are full.

I had to head out on a job for a couple of hrs, just came back to see all running perfect.
Now to throw some more cores into the fire...

Leiden looks to be winding down sometime next year.

Furthermore, this project is reaching its ending phase probably somewere in 2018. This means as long as the software runs and the OS receives updates (EOL 2020), the project will be maintained, but automatic work creation will stop for sure.

I have DENIS running full steam.

Going to run Leiden as tasks are available.
Read earlier in this thread they limit tasks per day.
I have only received a few so far but got UOTD today!

I have DENIS running full steam.

Going to run Leiden as tasks are available.
Read earlier in this thread they limit tasks per day.
I have only received a few so far but got UOTD today!

I have been clicking I like twice a day for a week now, best you move back over to Leiden Classical
I have no issues getting Tasks.

Leiden looks to be winding down sometime next year.

Furthermore, this project is reaching its ending phase probably somewere in 2018. This means as long as the software runs and the OS receives updates (EOL 2020), the project will be maintained, but automatic work creation will stop for sure.
