Can you turn off the led on the black edition 1080ti via precision x or the led visualizer app?

I do not run it in the Background.
If you have Geforce experience Installed then you do not need LED Visualizer Installed as it is Part of Geforce Experience

Once you turn it off with the visualizer, there is no reason to leave it running.
