Can someone confirm if B&H is an authorized reseller for EVGA in the US?
They are not listed on the 'where to buy' page but according to this thread they are:

 
Can someone confirm for me? I would like to know any impact on step-up, advanced RMA etc before purchasing.

The retailers and e-tailers listed on our "Where to buy" page are not the only authorized retailers. Smaller retailers not listed can still be an authorized retailer as long as they have purchased their product from an authorized distributor as listed under our "Distributors" on the "Where to buy" page. This allows you to purchase from independent retailers/e-tailers and "mom-n'-pop" stores, and still get all the benefits of being an original owner. 
 
If you want all the benefits of being an original owner (warranty from date of purchase, access to Step-Up, EAR, and Extended Warranties), I recommend avoiding places like auction sites, classified ads and sites, or for sale/trade forums, as these are more likely to be considered second-hand purchases. Feel free to contact support as well if you have access to the serial number and we can confirm if the product would be considered second-hand or not.
