I agree. We should at least get codes for whatever the next game promotion is. 


Yeah that would be cool if they did that our give us a steam gift card or something.

The promotion has now ended, so it will not be able to be redeemed through the website. I have submitted a supervisor ticket, so we can look into this, to see if we can get a code for the promotion to provide to you. Please allow 2-3 business days for information on this. Also please keep in mind that Monday is a holiday and we will be closed that day, so please allow an extra day for this to be processed.

I pre ordered 1 ftw3 on the 28th of March and at that time the promo was for either ghost recon wildlands or honor. after I registered my card which I got about 10 days ago. I choose ghost recon and got the codes and downloaded from ubisoft.

The problem is that most of us still haven't even received our cards. Who knows when they magically "run out of keys".

Try messaging them again. Demand it.

If you pre-ordered within the promo period, then upgraded to an Elite model, I recommend sending a polite email to customer service explaining your issue with the Prepare for Battle promo.

Agreed, message customer support with your case fellas  it's not like they are actively looking in here.

Some official EVGA respond on "Prepare for battle" promo case would be nice.

After searching for best answer over EVGA forum I feel need to share my unhappiness  with you guys.
As you can see in previous sent mail from me I feel leftover (like many other elite members) in some kind of marketing/promotional black hole in line between nVidia and EVGA.
Preorder was completed under "Prepare for Battle" promotional timeframe but was missed out because shipping of my FTW3 card prolonged until June 3rd.
Ten days latter, on June 13th NVidia lunched new promo (Get Destiny 2...) stating it applies only for orders made after June 13th.
Well,I'm not furious but I do feel leftover from "Elite" support.
 
Superposition advanced and Red Rodgers included in My bundle is well appreciated but final decision for me to buy 1080Ti Elite is greater overclock (for folding),Elite support, Great high budget game and card with face lift matching my rig style.
So I'm happy with everything about FTW3 elite except I do not have high budget game in my bundle like I've got in previous order, 2 years ago, with EVGA 980ti card.
