970 ssc fan problem.

Well it just started making rhat sound I didn't record it turned off my pc ASAP but I found the exact same noise someone else having which is

I guess I have to rma problem is can't I get prepaid shipping from evga? I really can't effort shipping, I bought a 650w g2 gold like 3 days ago costed me 150$ so... what am I supposed to do? Help? If not I'll probably buy a 1060.. I don't know I don't have money right now either..

    Where are you located? US? UPS shipping cost me $15 on my last RMA across the country...
     
    I doubt they will send you a pre-paid label but who knows!

    It didnt work, still makes the same noise
    What do i do? i submitted a ticket like a second ago about this, would i get a prepaid shipping?
    Please help
     i tried it like couple of times right now, it does make a noise like something clicked in but when hook it up and run a game or something it makes the same noise..

    Just requested an rma, how much is it gonna cost to ship from qatar to evga? anyone has an idea?
