I've had my EVGA Z170 Classified 4 way for about 2 years and it's been working great up until the other day. I tuned it on and it was going through the post codes and it came to post code 35 then shut down and rebooted over and over again.
I switched to all three Bios settings and all three do the same thing. I tried the reset switch on all the Bios' and it did no good. I pulled out the CMOS battery and replaced it with a new one just in case and pulled out the CPU and even changed the thermal paste while I had it out.
I've had no problems before this and made no changes to the system or software at the time or before the trouble started and haven't overclocked anything.
My system is:
Operating System: Windows 10
Motherboard: EVGA Z170 Classified 4 way
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V, 64 GB DDR4 (4 stick kit)
Processor: Intel i7- 6700K
SSD Drives: Samsung 850 Pro 1TB X2 running in RAID 0
Video: EVGA GTX 980 Ti Classified X4 in Sli
Monitors: ASUS Swift PG278Q x3
Keyboard: Corsair K95 RGB Platinum
Mouse: Corsair M65 Pro RGB and Corsair MM800 RGB Polaris Gaming mouse pad
Optical Drive: Pioneer BDR-209DBK Blu-Ray Writer (I removed this a while ago because I never use it)
Case: Corsair Obsidian Series 900D Super Tower Case
Cooling: EKWB custom water-cooling Loops for the CPU and a separate loop for the GPU's
Any help would be appreciated before I apply for an RMA.
