I already sent my psu to the RMA, but now it says my RMA expired. What can I do?

As soon as I got the tracking number I sent to evga, someone answered me saying he was going to update my rma status with the tracking number. Now I checked and it says my RMA is expired.

I checked on your account and with the tracking information provided we can see that your shipment happened before the RMA expired. There won't be any updates until the item is delivered to us and then your RMA will show that we received the item. Thank you for your patience.

That said everything is fine with my RMA proccess? I was afraid EVGA would refuse it as the RMA number was expired.
