Haven't done an EVGA RMA for awhile now, was curious what the turn around time was for a standard RMA process. I send my card in via 2nd Day Air as I figured I could speed it up on my end by doing this, card was delivered Wednesday morning and as of Friday evening the status hasn't changed. Just want to see if this is normal or not. My backup card (EVGA GTX580) can't handle my monitor so kinda limping along until I get my main card back.

Hello Aqualoon, Thank you for contacting us regarding this. The normal processing time once the product is received by us is 1-3 business days. I did look into the status of your current RMA and I do not see the product as marked in the system as received. I would suggest at this point to call us at 888-881-3842 or email us at Support@evga.com and provide the tracking number so we can see if this was indeed delivered to us. Regards, EVGA

Is there usually a status update before the card gets shipped out? It's still at 'Next Step: Return Defective Product to EVGA'.

Hello Aqualoon, I do apologize for this as this is beyond the normal processing time. I have escalated this up to management for a resolution on this as I still see this was not entered as being received by the RMA department. Regards, EVGA

Is there a new processing time I should expect, from the sounds of it my card is kinda MIA. I've been without a computer since 4/13 (When my PC started having issues it didn't sound/look like a GPU issue so I, not wanting to wait and trouble shoot went out and bought a new PSU and motherboard and it was then only after that it came to light it was the video card) and I'm starting to get a bit twitchy. I know I started the ticket support on 4/18 to get the RMA started, so this whole ordeal has been expensive and time consuming and I'm debating if I should just go buy another card if this is going to take much longer.

Got my card back last Friday - thank you for getting that sent over night. Had a question though - the card I sent in for RMA had the ACX 2.0+ Cooler & Backplate - since now you guys have 1 in stock, can I have the option of buying back that cooler?

I guess I was happy too soon. This new card is turning the screen black and then restarting the PC. This may take 5 seconds or it may take 30, but it always happens. I throw the backup card back in the system (EVGA GTX 580), update the drivers for this card and everything is smooth sailing again. So, back to RMA I go.

Sent this second card via 2-day shipping again on Monday - has already been delivered to EVGA. I paid for 2 day shipping back to me, I hope things go a bit more smoothly this time around. I haven't gamed since 4/13 (the day my original card literally went up in smoke) or had a home PC since then. Going through techie withdrawals.
