Where to make collateral payment

can someone please point me to the right direction, i cant find an option to make a payment anywhere on the website. I was given the following link in email: http://eu.evga.com/support/ but cant see anything about payments. Thanks.
 
edit: On the EU site i couldn't find an option for this, but on the "normal" site within the open RMAs there was a pay button. It might be worth changing the link in the automated email or adjusting the EU site.
