I had two GTX 970's in SLI, one of the cards went bad, I RMA'd it and it was replaced with a better model. Thank you for that, but how do I proceed to get my current GTX970 replaced to keep SLI running? Can I send it in for replacement even though it is running fine? I clearly remember checking 'SLI' option during ticket creation/RMA submission, so that should've been taken into account.
Please advise.
