Problem purchasing extended warranty

Hello,
 
I just got my new GTX 1070 so I wanted to purchase the warranty extension. I registered my card and clicked "purchase" on the 5 year extension. I entered my address and stuff, but when I clicked on the PayPal button it just sent my to an "Oops! Something broke." error page.
So now it looks like I registered my card but I can't find a way to purchase the warranty extension anymore.

    When you click on the PayPal button it should open up the Paypal account website, automatically, I was able to verify that it was working from our end. Would it allow you to do that from your end? Were you using the EU or the DE website (EU is recommended)?

    The Paypal account website didn't open, it just sent my to the error page. I was using the DE website, but just realized myself that it seems to have some problems.
    I would love to try it again from the EU website, but I can't find a way to get back to the purchase page.

    My bad...
    I just found the "My Evga" area and was able to purchase the warranty extension and upload my invoice without problems. :)

    I have the same Problem.
     
    I got the card last friday off amazon, registered it here by entering my SN.
    After i figured out that i have to enter all my registrations so i can finally reach paypal from here i just.... can't.
     
    I am always sent to the "oops" page.
    What am i doing wrong?

    What is the exactly error message?
