I basically want to run an L however the fittings I have seen (90 degrees) have compression on one end and thread on other end. I need the tubes to connect on both end thus have compression on both ends.

am i missing something here?

Been doing water cooling for a good 10 years now and I have never seen what you are asking for.
Why are you interested in running you tubes like that? They would not sit perfectly how you imagine do to the weight of the fittings. If you want something that clean looking, you would want to go hardline tubing and bend it.

That is hard to come up with. You could try L or T blocks, add fitting of choice.

L block, plus unneeded barbs, add compressions :

I don't know about this brand, but it looks like it has some parts to help.

There is an acrylic version available, I can't find them right now. I got them from Performance PC. I think it's a bitspower fitting. Makes it a lot lighter!

Loveha is right with the hard line, for what your wanting, it would look better. He has built several very nice looking water cooled rigs.

You could also try something like this:
    http://www.performance-pcs.com/alphacool-eiszapfen-l-connector-g1-4-inner-thread-to-g1-4-inner-thread-deep-black.html

    http://www.performance-pcs.com/alphacool-eiszapfen-13-10mm-compression-fitting-90-rotatable-g1-4-chrome.html

But like loveha said, with the weight of the fittings, it won't be a perfect L shape unless tubing on one end or both is very short. If you really want that look, like loveha stated, you need to switch to rigid tubing.
