Hello,
Computer problems. Evga x99 micro 2. Graphics card Gigabyte 980 ti. I7 5820K processor. Memory Kingston 4x4 3000MHz. Source seasonic X-series 1000W.
Problems - Your computer is always working fine. Then it can not be turned on. Turn off the power source. And it's running again in three days. Then again the trouble. I tried to switch on without graphics and memory and no response. The indicator light on the system board lights up. The battery is OK.
Is it possible that the motherboard has a faulty voltage?

That might be your RAM that is the issue since 3000mhz changes the BCLK from 100 which makes all the EVGA X99 MB's fairly unstable.  I would return the RAM and look for either 2666 or 3200 since the BCLK stays the same.

Also, check with the compatibility list to ensure the RAM you purchase is compatible.

I was looking for a list of compatibility. In addition, I contacted the EVGA support and said it was OK. But the memory can not be that it does not turn on the pc ...

A couple things you could try if you haven't.

1.)  Remove the motherboard from the case and place on cardboard or something non conductive.  Test it again to rule out any possible shorts.  If it works, leave the board out a few days to confirm this is your issue.
2.)  Make sure all power connections are firmly seated in place.  Also check the one's from the power switch from the case to the board.
3.)  Try a different PSU if you have one or take your system to a local PC repair shop for testing with a different PSU.

    Otherwise, I tried everything.
The cabinet is OK. The board does not shorten. When I could not turn on my computer. So I tried to pull everything (graphics, memory modules and nothing).

That could just mean that the CMOS battery on the board will need to be replaced as it is not keeping the BIOS settings over long periods

I measured the Bios battery and had 3.2V. I exchanged certainty.

If I understand you correctly, you changed the CMOS battery? You are describing the typical symptoms of a bad CMOS battery. If you turn off the PC but leave the power supply switch on, does it still give you the same problem?

I changed the battery for the same but new one. Today, I turn off my computer and I will not turn it on again tomorrow. I'll turn him off the electric grid and turn it on for three days.

Okay, so you have replaced the battery and you're going to shut down the system and see if you still have the same issue, later.

So differently. I started the computer for a long time. I turned off the computer and in about 2-3 hours I came to my computer and did not stop. Then I had to turn off the PSU's center for 1 hour. Then I put my computer straight into the windows. I got a type of damaged PFC at source.
