I sent in 2 cards recently for RMA(8800GT/GTX 470 SC), and I received a 9800 GT HDMI and GTX 580 SC in return.Today I went to install them and both cards are no good.I tried them in 2 different PCs, and it's the same corrupted video. My GTX 670 and 9800 GT work fine in the 2 motherboards, so I know that's not the problem.Has this happened to anyone else?

Would definitely pick up the phone and call and then ask for prepaid shipping labels. Would not except anything less than to have them shipped on their dime for their failure.

Utterly disappointing that both cards are faulty. Clearly EVGA can do better than this.

I agree, I'd be calling EVGA and requesting shipping labels to send these back.

With electronics anything can happen. I would do like other members said, call evga and ask for prepaid shipping label.

Sorry about the trouble with your cards. I'm unable to locate any recent RMAs for your account, but I do see that these seem to be the cards you exchanged in October of last year.

We can certainly exchange the cards for you. Please contact us at your earliest convenience by email or by phone.

9800GT isn't even worth $20. Not sure why you would bother.

Both cards were going to other people, plus I doubt I could get them at that price shipping included.I sent an email, just waiting on a reply.I really don't want to pay for all that shipping again.

Well I have to RMA again and they want me to pay for shipping.Depending on the shipping cost , I might just go that route.

I sent 2 RMAs in, but they both say I need an invoice.Neither card has one because they both came from EVGA through RMA.What should I do?

The RMA's do look to be approved! The email you are receiving regarding the invoice upload is a automated email, so please disregard it.
