To target 60fps at 1080 requires a minimum of a GTX 660 or ATI Radeon HD 7850 so that is very good for a new game.

    That is really really low, which is good news for people with that kind of hardware.

    low system requirements are almost always a good sign

    It is an Unreal Engine 3 game, so it would be odd for it to have very demanding minimum specs

    I always go by the (Recommended requirements). Why would anyone go with the bare minimum?       ;)

    The game is beautiful but unbearable gameplay, for me. Dear god what a letdown.
