So basically my gpu pc has been doing something weird as late check video below,in order for me to replicate this issue i have to restart several times as shown below, when this occurs it takes 2 mins or so for the system to reboot itself, also once in a blue windows take long to shut down

at first i thought it was my SSD/WINDOWS SO I CHANGED TO A BRAND NEW SSD SAME ISSUE.

EVGA SAID COULD BE A MOBO ISSUE,SWITCHED MOTHERBOARDS SAME ISSUE AS LAST

CHANGED PCIE CABLES AS I DID GET CUSTOM CABLES RECENTLY AND STILL THE SAME ISSUE.

32 GB OF RAM 8 HOURS OF MEMTEST SAME ISSUE,EACH STICK 1 BY ONE SAME ISSUE

BIOS RETURNED TO STOCK SAME ISSUE.CHECKED ALL PSU CABLES ETC.

evga also told me check my 12 v rail in bios seems good there,so decided to use my IGPU on the mobo or whatever, has no issues whats so ever once i pulled the 1080 ftw out that issue seems to go away.safe to say it's the gpu at this point?weird thing is i see no issues within windows or even when i ran haven benchmark.

i did start the rma process and new card should be here this week but wanted to get everyones insight on this matter

I started getting this after upgrading to the windows 10 creators update and the last two drivers still give me the color band. current driver is the hot fix 381.78 before the hot fix it took about 3 min to boot with the 381.65 drivers. I’m running a 1080 FTW 08G-P4-6286-KR

the same issue as me?the thing is why isn't it happening with the igpu?also how can it be the creators update if it don't even go into windows for anything to load?can you post a video for me as well?

Which build of Windows ?

I my self always disable fast start up that is built into windows as having the drivers not fresh reload on shut down to gain 2 seconds on boot is not worth it to me. it does help speed more on hhds, but with a ssd boot the time savings is not worth it and. I have also had random issues windows 10 fast startup in the past so I always just turn it off. but I amnot sure if they mean fast boot or fast start up? as one is a bios option that skips certain post things and another is one that saves your windows state to the hard drive so it can load windows faster. best bet at this point is to really stay on 378.92 and wait for one with less random bugs
