I just got stepped up to the ICX 1080. I want the 1080 TI now. What price should i use to put in the Price paid for the card? I bought a 980 GTX for $699.99+tax. Then i stepped up to the 1080 GTX. Now i got the ICX with the step up and would like to get the TI. Now i would imagine i would use the price for the original video card?

Hmm just to be clear: You did a step-up to 1080 ACX, then used the ICX upgrade program to get a 1080 ICX and now you want to step up to the 1080ti?

There are a couple of rules that apply here, but I'm not sure which ones take precedence:
    - You are only allowed to step up a product once. This would imply that you are not able to do another step-up.
    - The ICX program allows you to step up your product. I don't know if this resets previous step-ups as well.

I would write EVGA customer service to get this cleared up.

You would be able to step up the card that you did the iCX Upgrade for, but we would use the original MSRP of the iCX card. Assuming you have the 1080 iCX Gaming, the MSRP would be set to $639.99. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Thank you. So when it ask for the price I paid for the step up page I would put the $639.99? Will I have to upload an invoice that I don't have?

Any cards received from the iCX Upgrade program would not need an invoice, and yes you would put $639.99 under Price paid.

I understand now. One more thing. Can I do a cross ship option for this? Or do I have to set up advance rma first?

Unfortunately we are not able to offer a cross-ship or Advanced RMA option for the step-up; if you have already purchased an Advanced RMA, this will be transferred to the card you step up to.
