I had the same issue, had to go ahead and reinstall my drivers too. Actually, I went to 381.65 as I hear that's a good in between for folding and gaming, and not far behind what from what I gather is the best for folding (but it's an older driver, 373.xx or something like that).
 
I suspect what others say about Windows installing a generic / unofficial clone driver must be true, as I also updated to the Creator's Update recently.
