I tried several times to make iCX upgrade payments, but clicking the links showed:

I emailed 'supportEU' but haven't received a reply.
Now the requests have expired.

Any suggestions to get this resolved?

    I've gone ahead and escalated this to our EVGA EU team for further review and to see if we can asisst you further.  They should be in touch within 1-2 business days.
