Hi guys, can you help me with this? The two "chains" circled in red what do they do?

    Hovering your mouse pointer over most items will provide a brief description of the function if "Tool Tips" is enabled in the Precision XOC Interface Settings (which it is by default).
     
    The "link" near Temp Target unlinks (or links) Power Target and Temp Target so that one or the other may be changed independently..When linked, one changes with the other.
     
     The link near the fan control unlinks the GPU Fan from the Power/Memory Fan for asynchronous operation/fan control..When linked, the fan control affects both fans the same.
