Precision X always starts minimized! How to fix?

I have a triple monitor setup with an auxilary monitor above the others I use only for spotify or monitoring temperature and such with precision X, and I want to have it so taht when the computer turns on, Precision x automatically appears on screen, but the program always starts minimized even though the "Start Minimized" box is unchecked. Any way to have it so when it starts it shows up on screen without me having to click the program from the taskbar?

    Check your Settings
     Is the Start Minimized Checked?

    By design, PrecisionX always starts minimized when auto-starting with the OS..The Start Minimized (or not) option only affects manual starting, like from the desktop shortcut..Same with MSI Afterburner, as said in the snip below..Been that way..No hack that I know of to change it.
