Thermal LED sticking

GTX 1080 FTW2 
 
The thermal LED's on the card are not corresponding with software display colors. In other words the LED's on card always stay blue. I have then turned on in settings.  ver. 6.1.2  The colors can be changed just not working with temps.

    Most likely a bug in the software. Have you tried re-installing precision? How about using a older version?

    Yes have removed reinstalled, happens on the version before this also. sometimes it starts out working but sticks after a few hours.
