Trying to purchase extended warranty, getting error page

Hi all,
 
I have a 1080 Hybrid that i registered after the 14 day cut off period, for this reason i'd like to purchase the extended warranty (5 years) in order to enable my card for the step-up program, but whenever i try and make the purchase after i click the paypal button it takes me to an 'Oops! Something broke' error page, tried in Chrome & IE.
 
Any ideas on how i can fix this and make the purchase? Thanks.

    Actually e-mailed about the issue a couple of days ago, no response as of yet. Still can't purchase the warranty.
