Hi, my GPU was approved for the iCX upgrade: http://www.evga.com/icxupgrade/
I already plan to upgrade to the 1080ti. Would it be possible to skip a few steps of shipping back and forth so I can directly order the 1080ti and save us all on shipping costs and time.

Thanks!

No.  This has been asked and answered multiple times. You must ship your card back and go through the process.  It's not fun, but they have to treat everyone the same in this situation.

Only if your original card was in the 90 day window for Step-Up would you be able to Step-Up to a new card

If you are out of Step-Up on your original card, you NEED the iCX Upgrade program card - this gives you a New 90 day Step-Up window

This is all covered in the Term section of both programs

Which is a poor decision considering that it wastes a brand new 1080 and all its shipping costs.

Evga has a live chat? I just got approved for my icx upgrade but will want the 1080TI as well. So is there really a way to skip the icx and go straight to the TI?

Only if you are within the original 90 day window.

If you are, then you can skip the icx upgrade and step up.
