My PC seems to be ok, my BIOS takes awhile to load on boot though. I get 3 quick beeps and a short beep has happened since day 1 and I've owned this PC for 7 months. I'm wondering if this beep happens no matter what to verify post check or if I have faulty RAM or something. All 16GB seem to be showing up on my motherboard. I will say though my PC has gotten slower as of late and seems to be more unresponsive at times, so I don't know. I pulled the ram blew it off wiped the contacts with rubbing alchohol and ram memtest. Literally it does this ever since I first build it 7 months ago and I just want to know if this i normal or I have an issue I should address lol.

You have an issue. What does your motherboard battery say for voltage?

I don't think you have an issue. The board will let out a short beep for each USB device it detects on start-up then one final beep, just as you described. There is a setting in the BIOS to disable the beeps on start-up if you find that annoying (I can't remember where exactly that setting is, but it is in there). With respect to your slow(er) boot times, do you have fast/quick boot enabled? If it is not on fast boot, the board will do an extended system check on every cold boot. loveha may be correct in that a low CMOS battery voltage could cause the board to lose settings on power off, thus causing an extended boot sequence every time. However I would only expect this if you removed the power from the PC (unplugged) every time you shut down. You would also notice your clock having to be constantly reset. However, that is not related to your beeping. That is normal.

Ok one of you says I have an issue one of you doesn't... so I'm torn haha. I've never owned a motherboard that beeps on startup unless it had a hardware issue such as a bad stick of ram, what's thrown me off about this is my PC has ran fine for months and this beep has happened since day one, all of my hard drives and RAM seem to working as advertised and showing up just fine in BIOS. The PC will boot up and then it will make the 3 quick beeps then the 1 beep aftewards and then it will have a loading ICON on the motherboard splash page which will last around 5-10 seconds usually longer if I have had my PC off for awhile. Fast boot doesn't seem to do much to fix this.  I just built a PC for a customer with a Gigabyte Z270 board and the voltage was displayed perfectly and his motherboard splash screen was much much faster so so far very dissapointed with my EVGA board.

/edit: aside from the long splash screen I do notice that my motherboard does not read correct voltages at all (atleast the software doesnt.) my BIOS reads CPU voltage as 1.28V yet my desktop software reads my voltage as .5v which I find weird since I've never seen software voltage be so incorrect. Makes it really hard to OC but other than incorrect voltages in software and the prolonged boot sequence the board seems fine.

Where would I find my battery voltage?

Yep. Sounds like a Memory stick may be bad. Try 1 stick at a time as suggested.

The CPU Voltage does not read right on anything except EVGA Eleet which is completely stupid and almost ignorant of you ask me. Even Aida64 can't read that correctly. It reads all other voltages just fine though from what I have noticed.

Now, mine beeps as well, but off the top of my head without testing nothing like what yours does. Your boot times are also long. Honestly though, this is probably my last EVGA product. My board had an extremely short production life span compared to its other half. Makes me wonder. Also countless other reasons why I'm done with EVGA. Warranty is not everything.

Already did this, RAM is working fine... shows up in all my software and BIOS and games read the RAM just fine. I use over 10GB on the regular and never had any issues with the ram, also have ran memtest and it showed up with zero issues. It still beeps.

I'm wondering if anyone posting here knows about EVGA boards and if this is actually normal? I've read a few threads saying it beeps once for every USB device connected but it seems like nobody else experiences this?

My boot times aren't long, just my motherboard splash is long... Takes 5-10 seconds after a fresh bootup when PC's been off for awhile. The whole bootup process is about 30 seconds with the bios splash screen taking up about 10 seconds of that.

I've disassembled my whole PC and put it back together, cleaned all the gold contacts on GPU/RAM and made sure CPU was seated with no bent pins. Still does it , like I said its been doing this since the day I built it 7 months ago. All of my hardware seems to be running just fine, everything shows up in BIOS and software.

My Classified K beeps twice really fast then a noticeably different beep for POST. I usually only have two USB devices connected (mouse and keyboard), a search reveals that it is "normal" but if it is it would be nice for EVGA to mention that in the manuals (they don't mention anything about speakers or beeps). It does beep three times rapidly then a short beep when I leave additional USB devices connected (USB drives).

As for your PC getting slower maybe that is just crap that accumulates in the operating system from updates and other software.

Guess I am weird but I have never ever had a mobo that did not Beap during bootup.  That is over 15 years and many different brands of motherboards.

I'd recommend posting a recording of the beeping as well. Some USB devices can take longer to initialize than others (such as external USB hard drives), causing the beeping to be non-uniform, in my personal experience anyway. If you hear high pitched beeps, you should be okay. If any of them are lower pitched beeps, those are errors. Also, watch the POST code display on the motherboard during boot and make note of any code numbers it gets stuck on for more than a few seconds. Note that once the system has finished booting, the POST code display will show the CPU temp as its value. The POST codes and their meanings can be found toward the end of the manual.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that they beeps you are hearing are normal. The slow POST time could be due to a long initialization by a USB or other device. When I only had m.2 drives connected I posted very quickly, but when I attached an older hard drive it approximately doubled the time to post while it waited for the older HDD to initialize. It's not on the order of 10 seconds or anything, probably more like 3-4.

If you had a bad CPU or RAM, you likely would have noticed by now. I'm not saying it's impossible, just very unlikely you would have gone 7 months without multiple serious errors.

My  z270k manual did have a small section that talks about trying to diag using bios beeps.
I always get 2 beeps a short pause the 4 more then a LONG pause and a BLOOP.
I have several USB 2 and USB 3 devices as well a a USB hub
