Can't Change Signature / Avatar

Hi all,
 
I'm trying to change some setting in my user profile but when I click into my control panel the side menu stays on "Personal Info." No matter how much I click other options, no matter which browser I use, and no matter what device I try it with, it's stuck on "Personal Info." Any suggestions?

    Hmm. I just checked this. Works fine for me. I'd try logging out/in on the main page and trying again.
