hello,

I have a RMA open and I'm about to send a card for RMA.

Question is, should I use the original box?
We know it increases the re-sale value if you include the original box. I intend to sell the card someday, probably when Volta is released.

If I send the defective GPU in the original box and get a replacement shipped in regular cardboard box, that would suck. In that case, I'd obviously prefer to ship it in cardboard box myself and keep the original box to myself.

So how's the replacement card shipped back from EVGA? in a regular cardboard box? in the same box you've sent the defective one in? or maybe it's shipped as new, factory sealed product?

Cheers,
Piotr

    Hi Kaiketsu,

We do not recommend using the retail box (unless directly specified) as the replacement will typically come in a smaller RMA box without any accessories. Typically a basic brown cardboard box is adequate, just make sure that there is at least two inches of padding and you should be good to go
