EVGA DDR3 2133 RAM help!

Just installed a 16gb ram 2133mhz today and set the timing to 10 12 12 31 now my pc always crashed. do i need to more than setting up the timming?
 
Mobo: Crosshair V Formula v AM3
CPU: AMD 8350
CPU Cooler:THERMALTAKE 360 RGB
GPU:EVGA 1080Ti
Memory: EVGA DDR3 2133 16GB (2X8GB)
HDD:KINGSTON 250GB SSD
PSU: THERMALTAKE 850W
OS: Win7 64bit

    Is this your ram? If yes, you need to setup the frequency, timings & voltage correctly inside the motherboard bios.
     
    Here are the correct specs for the ram I linked:
     
    Frequency: 2133
    Timings: 11-11-11-31
    Voltage: 1.6v
