Trying to figure out why UBlock Origin keeps failing to block elements (image). If i have it block an image, it will do it for that webpage visit, but if closed FF and go back to the same webpage, the image will be back. I have to block it twice before it will save for good. I have tried reinstalling UBlock Origin, removing other blocked elements.

FireFox 52.0
addons:
noscript
Disconnect
BetterPrivacy
Ublock Origin
Classic Theme Restorer

Other programs:
CCleaner
Malwarebytes

Think i might of fixed it. Not sure if it was reinstalling and doing "reset to default settings" after or if it was cleaning up My Filters list.

    Hey Msim,

If it gives you more headache in the future, try Adguard.
Has no performance issue for me at all or anything.

I might have to switch to that addon, the problem with Ublock Origin came back, only work around i found is to "purge all caches" and update them.

On a personal experience I've had no problem with this using chrome.
Others has not worked so well for me.

I've been using the desktop version for quite some time now and it automatically install the addon which is compatible with all browsers.
The thing I like a lot about it is that if an application you installed has its own ads, it blocks these as well.

Just look it up and go with what your gut tells you!
