Hello, I ordered through Cdiscount.com (an authorized french website, I went there from the "Where to buy" section of evga.com) but the seller is a third party professional seller (Topbiz) ; I didn't notice it when buying it Do you think this will be considered an unauthorized reseller ?
I already began the step up program, and have uploaded my invoice I have a few days left if I want to send the card back, and I don't know when my invoice will be looked at My Step up ID is 6887034
Thanks for you answer Regards

Hello isabelle.chivot, and welcome to the forums! I can confirm that your product was purchased by the seller from an authorized distributor, so there should be no issue with your step up.

Hello EVGATech_JaesonW, thanks for your reply I don't know where Topbiz bought the card, all I know is I bought it from them through the website (and Cdiscount is not mentionned on the invoice) Do you want me to send the invoice to you ? Your help is greatly appreciated :)

The EVGA EU Support just sent me this email : Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately I am not the one who does the approvals for the Step-Ups and I do not review the invoices as a result. As you say the invoice does list TopBiz and does not seem to mention Cdiscount. Unfortunately that being the case, it is possible that the Step-Up would not be approved, but we do not know until the team has a chance to review the invoice. Regards, EVGA So this is quite confusing :(

Support staff are different employees than EVGATech's. Jaeson is one of the people that works reviews and approvals, so in this case, nust ignore the support email. Jaeson already gave you the correct answer :-)

Nice ! EU support tells me I have been notified that my step up is approved (can't see anywhere if it is good, nor in my emails/junk emails nor in my Products section) and that I must make the paymentWhere can I make it ? Maybe it is just not updated yet ? EDIT : There was a problem in their system, they aknowledged what Jaeson said : Hello,
I apologize for the inconvenience, I had issues with my system and information loaded that was not for your account. Your StepUp request is still pending, however I see that you received information from one of our Sr techs that your request will be approved when your position in queue comes up.
Regards, EVGA Thanks for helping, I am very excited !! :) Regards, Isabelle

Third party marketplace type seller can be quite confusing. I almost always buy from newegg but have bought a few things through their marketplace sellers, luckily i still get a newegg invoice.

I usually do the same, but not this time unfortunately Jaeson words are soothing, especially with this pricey stuff. I really want a 1080Ti and monday is the last day I can send back my 1080 to Topbiz, so there's no room for uncertainty
