Changed out the 1070 for a 1080 Ti, I will run it on Air for a Week then Install the EK Titan X (Pascal) Water Block.

Did you ever get the memory past 2400mhz? 
 
Also how did you get the cpu over 4.0ghz? I've hit a wall there.

No, I have not.


Bummer. I ended up selling my Patriot Memory on Ebay and getting a Samsung B.die set off ebay also; the upshot is I it cost me $30 for the new memory but it's 3600mhz not 3200 and it runs without any cold boot problems at 3200 and tighter timings.
