Is it possible to delete a uploaded bill after hand over to another person?

Can I register AND delete bills?
And can another person upload this bill to get the remaining warranty?

Is it a problem, if the name and address on the bill is not the same like the registrered EVGA-User?

    No. The original receipt needs to belong to the original owner. It can not be transferred. The serial number will show that the item was second hand, so any RMA's would go through the guest rma anyway.

    And without registration of the First owner, the second owner could upload the bill, and get the warranty?

    Are there any disadvantages by the guest RMA programm?

    Guest RMA is from date EVGA originally shipped item from their warehouse
     
    Original owner with receipt warranty starts day it was purchased from authorized dealer

    No, there is no disadvantage. The original receipt must match the original owner. You can not transfer a receipt, as there would be no advantage to it. Second owners are treated the same as original owners.

    The only advantage for original owner, with receipt, is the step up window and extended warranty. Neither can be obtained after 90 days from original date of purchase by anyone, not even the original owner.

    Please note that when doing a Guest RMA, the customer will not get the option to have the replacement product shipped out before receiving the original (Cross-Shipment). If you are a second owner the Guest RMA will require you to send in the product and then a replacement will be shipped out.

    And in all cases, postage is to paid by the customer?

    Is this correct english? I have a Problem with this sentence.
    I can not upload a bill with other Name and address?

    The name on the original receipt of sale must match the name of the person registering it.
