Settings are not saving

I have latest version of precision xoc and settings are not saving. The profiles saved, but the hotkeys I set and the startup settings do not save. I had this problem before and did a full windows reinstall (for different reasons) and the problem still is not fixed. Has anyone encountered this before and been able to fix this? I have had to go back to precision x16. I have a gigabyte gtx 770 2gb.

    What Version of x16 are you running?
    Version 5.3.11 is the last released version for x16
     
    Download Precision XOC *Version 6.0.9 for your Card, may not get all the Bells and Whistles with a non EVGA GPU
    Download Standalone Version (ACX Cards and Others)

    I am running the newest version 5.3.11


    I run that version and have no issues, you can give XOC a try.
    What is wrong with the GigaByte Graphics Overclocking Tool?
    Maybe give MSI AB a go around and see how well it works

    Everything works fine in precision x16, its precision xoc that doesn't work.

    I guess I should explain more. I like precision because of the OSD it gives me for games. I have used MSI afterburner in the past and recommend it to most people, but it feels heavy and causes some weird issues with my setup last time. So I was going with precision. Gigabyte doesn't have a good OSD tool out there and truth be told, I don't think OC guru II even does anything. I tried it a long time ago and it changed nothing with the settings I was monitoring.

    For the most part I use precision x16 on my non Pascal card and XOC 6.0.9 on my Pascal cards.
    PrecisionXOC 6.0.9 should work fine, I do not allow it to start up with the OS and do not use the Hotkeys.
    I start it up after I logon Windows and select the Profile I want to run then exit the program, do not really use the OSD.

    Yeah version 6.0.9. I thought it was working a long time ago for me, but maybe not.
