So I Removed my AMD R9 290X Cards and ran DDU and cleaned out all AMD Software & Drivers. Prep for my new GTX 1080Ti Cards. Made sure that the Default VGA Drivers were installed all was Great. Reset my Bois to Clear it out and returned back in Windows and then turned off the computer. Removed the AMD Cards installed the GTX 690 Card and started up and ran Windows Update to see what it would show. It installed the AMD Driver 1st Round, NVIDIA Driver 2nd Round, AMD Driver 3rd Go. I LOVE Microsoft 10.

Wait, Win10 thought the AMD card was still installed? Why am I not surprised?

Yes I was Shocked myself. I had to use my Reg Hack to stop it from installing, after the 3rd time that is. Even with the NVIDIA Drivers installed and working Windows Update Still Wants to Install the AMD Driver.

Still of the opinion that Win10 is and will always be in beta and everyone is just along for the ride. While it works right most of the time, it's the little things that I keep reading that makes me glad I am still on 7.

Not excusing Win10 and it's many flaws, but it sounds like DDU didn't clean things up deep enough and left some traces of the AMD GPU's behind.

I stripped all NVIDIA and AMD Drivers and Software that comes along with each. Delete all AMD Items or Keys in the Registry and That alone tool 3 hours today. Ran JR Tool from above and the Current DDU and Now I will turn of my Reg Items that stop Windows 10 from installing Graphics Drivers and see what it tell me now.

Man, that's ridiculous for a simple hardware change. Between that, it's malware settings and it's ads I don't know how people can stand fighting with it everyday.

I find this would be best done now then after the Big Microsoft next Forced OS Upgrade. I really Wished that MS would go back Service Packs and Downloads so web can do it ourselves and not have to set up your computer settings all over again. It really sucks to have to set your OS over and over and over only to use it.

I've been trying the fast ring insider builds for creators update. Lately there's been 2 new builds a week and it's super annoying. I won't be playing with insider builds again any time soon.

WackyWRZ That was part of why I stopped as well. I no longer install any insider builds.

+1. When MS first began their Win10 insider builds, I was trying them all out as they were released, but it became a big pain with all the installs and issue's that went along with them. I did that up until shortly after the offical public release. Then I stopped.
