My  one of my two 770s fans died taking a card along with it on me yesterday.I used to get 175-190 k a day between the two cards [80k a piece]. Once i removed the dead card and fired back up the machine  I had to reinstall folding as it wouldn't work anymore. once reinstalled and left to fold on full for the day it now is only producing 15-17 k a day.... is there perhaps something i may have missed on setting this up that may cause this?It has been 3 years since i set this up and  i remember when i first set it up i  was only getting about 40k a day until i messed with settings.I only have the gpu set to fold like before not the cpu.

I've looked at your EOC Stats and it looks like you are only getting Base points (No Bonus points), so have you checked if you have entered your Passkey (and also correctly) after you re-installed the FaH-Software.
