I think i might be posting this in the right place, I could not find a direct link as to where im supposed to go. i just purchased a gtx 1070 and registered it to my account and would like to receive my game code im supposed to get with the purchase. thank you!

    Go to the announcement page. If you bought directly from evga, then go to the evga announcement page for nvidia games. If you bought from any other retailer, you need to get the code directly from them.

    i did purchase from the evga online store but tells me of no purchase record. i think i know why.... when purchasing the card i set up a account but walked away when my gf filled every thing out for me and she thought she was being funny when making a crude user name.... so i didnt see where i could change that so made a new account and just registered the product under the new one. i did how ever find a place to upload the invoice so i just did that.

    Sorry about the trouble. It appears that it was purchased under a different account than what it was registered to. You should be receiving an email shortly from one of our support agents, and we'll get this corrected.

    Did you upload your receipt? As long as your information matches, you should be ok. You have to upload your receipt for it to work, and they may need to verify the receipt or something as well.

    Also, contact webmaster@evga.com and let them know what happened with the other account. Hopefully they can help get it sorted for you.
