Hi, I try to install Intel ME Components driver from EVGA website, and hit this error every time: "The setup program ended prematurely because of the following error: This platform is not supported." Thus, I cannot install and use E-LEET application. Any ideas? TL

No promises it will work but you can try manually installing the driver rather than using the setup. Install 7-Zip. Right click the MEISetup.exe file, go to 7-zip menu and choose: Extract to MEISetup\ Now open the MEISetup folder, do the same 7-zip extract on ME_MEI_Drivers_x64.msi Now open the ME_MEI_Drivers_x64 folder, find the drivers.cab file and extract that one as well. Within the drivers folder will HECI_REL folder, then win10 within that. That win10 folder has the actual driver inf you need. Open Device Manager, find your ME device and choose Update Driver, Browse My Computer, Let me pick from a list, Have Disk, then point it to the win10 folder you extracted above. Cross your fingers.

Is it listed in the Device Manger and if so did you Right Click on it and select update driver? And allow Windows Updates to update the Driver?

duytinle nope
And you have ALL Windows Updates installed and All Upgraded? Reset your Bios back to the Default or Optimized Settings and Re-Fresh the Bios with whatever the Current Bios is.

Just called EVGA, and they will send a replacement. The board is obviously defective. Thank you all for your suggestions.

LOL what? No way your board is defective, just missing ME haha that's not a thing. Can't believe they are RMAing over that. Did you look under System Devices for Intel Management Engine Interface? The driver was probably already installed.

I have a bad ME issue on my A4 but everything works fine. AW would change out the MB but as an upgrade and at a small fee. You can also cause this issue by installing System Drivers in the wrong order.

Did you get the new 1.02 BIOS When trying different Win 10 installs one regular SATA SSD and the new M2 ssd - I did see the same problem (twice). One of the items I had problems with was using ONLY the EVGA drivers from the web page and NOT the included DVD driver self-install disk. I also made a Flash USB from the DVD to allow faster testing of different installs. NO network connected during the install testing E-LEET application can be a different problem as I needed a few more restarts and click application to get it running. if your BIOS does not show the ME firmware the E-LEET application may not run I think that is a must have to read the internal data ? Speaking of restarts the install DVD has many places in the script where it asks you if you want to re-boot after almost every driver load and it is never clear when you really need that reboot and if you reboot at all the places you may not get back in the script. ------ Setting up to a standard SATA disk and loading all the drivers and then letting windows-10 connect online and THEN using ACRONIS backup software do a FULL disk backup and all the 3 windows -10 partitions restore to my M2 intel SSD worked the best.
