Under Driver 378.66 the below BOINC GPU Task fail to run I think it is do to this file. (nvcuda.dll Version: 6.14.13.7866)

Asteroids @ home seems to be the Only GPU BOINC Task to run on Driver 378.66
I ran every BOINC GPU Project other then GPUGRID because I could not get a task and only Asteroids would run on my GTX Titan GPUs.
Amicable Numbers now fail as well, this all stated after I ran one Set of MilkyWay.
 
So I reinstalled the Drivers and I am back working but I dare not run MilkyWay ATM.

Looks like NVIDIA knew about the CUDA & OpenCL Problem as was fixed in Driver Version 378.78
I have Not Tested to see if this was Fixed.

Funny, I had no issues with the 378.66 driver on Collatz. Yet when I updated to the 378.78 driver I got 30 with "Error while computing" all right in a row. Then one passed with no issue. I'm going to let it run while I am out and about today running errands. Just to see if it continues to put out Errors or not.

The Drivers are getting Odd at best now a days.
Looks like I will be running Driver 373.06 for a very long time.

From what I recall the issue was only on GTX 9xx Cards and the First GTX Titan.
But I am good now so we will have to wait and see. But I test this new Driver today on my Titan Rig and post back.
