zx_demo_x64.exe has stopped working (FTW2 ICX)

I just got my FTW2 icx card. I'm doing the manual scanner and it'll either give me the "zx_demo_x64.exe has stopped working" or it'll reboot my machine.
 
I uninstalled the old Precision OCX scanner. Tried reinistalling this new one 3x. I run as administrator. I have no idea what else to do at this point. I had no issues with the old one but this ICX version seems to fail after 20 or so passes. I included a screenshot at which point it crashes. Do I need to change anything?

    Tried uninstalling again. Deleted any trace of EVGA stuff. Did a full reinstall.
     
    Same issues. Very frustrating.
