not seeing any points on the EVGA point tracker...

I'm not seeing any year 10 points on the EVGA tracker.  Is this a stanford issue?

 

i7 8086k (No OC)
ASRock Z390 Extreme4   
EVGA RTX3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra Gaming
