Is the Bus clock supposed to be at 99.8mhz on evga boards?

Most boards come in at 100mhz. My ocd goes alittle nuts not seeing 4700mhz instead of the 4688.  I noticed I can put my bus to 100.01 and then it runs at 4700mhz but becomes unstable even with added voltage. Have tried all the bio's and they are all the same.  Thanks for any insite. Also im running the z97 classified.

    drives me up a wall also, mine reads 132.66 for bclk, 795.2 for ram.

    Any way to correct this? As I said before i can go to 100.01, save it then go back into bios set it at 100 and then it stays at that setting, but then it seems to become unstable.  Is there any other voltages i should adjust?
