[SOLVED] UEFI Loop / Unable to boot from Windows10 USB

Greetings,
Issue:
I've recently built a new PC (upgrading from GTX550...), but it won't boot from my Windows 10 USB in UEFI, resulting in not being able to install Windows.
- Will boot straight to UEFI/BIOS
- Will boot from USB if set to Legacy boot mode
 
Hardware list:
EVGA Z170 Classified K (BIOS v1.04)
i7-6700k
G.SKILL Tridentz 3200 16GB (8GBx2)
EVGA GTX1080 FTW Hybrid
Samsung 960 evo m.2 (500GB)
Samsung 850 evo sata(1TB)
Corsair H100i v2
EVGA SuperNova 850 G3
 
Attempts of solving the issue:
Here are some actions i tried before posting:
- Disable USB Legacy mode
- Set USB Key to top of boot priority list
- Disable CSM
- Tried both in AHCI / RAID SATA
- Disconnect all SATA drives
- Installed Windows in Legacy boot (results in MBR partition) to install Z170 drivers and NVMe driver, then try to boot in UEFI from USB, to no avail.
- Windows 10 USB is purchased from Microsoft, it is in FAT32 format. I assume they were made with clean installations in mind.
 
 
Is there something I'm missing? or am I taking the wrong steps into install Windows in a NVMe SSD?
This is my first time dealing with UEFI, so please forgive me if there's some sort of stupid mistake I'm making.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Solution: (or more like how I solved the problem)
- Boot with Legacy, and install Windows 10 (MBR Partition) to a spare SATA Drive
- Create Windows10 Install Media with Microsoft's Media Creation Tool
- Turn off machine, then disconnect all SATA drives from MB
- Turn on machine and boot to UEFI/BIOS, then restore to default settings
- Turn off Fast Boot, and disable CSM
- Make sure Boot is set to UEFI, and list USB Key as top priority
- Save and Reset

After that, it boots to the USB Media I just created with the Media Creation Tool.

    Welcome to the forums.
     
    Turn off (on by default) Fast Boot in the BIOS -> BOOT screen and see if that fixes it..Fast Boot can prevent booting from a USB flash drive..That's all I have..Good luck.

    I'm currently creating an installation USB with the Windows tool from the link provided by @EVGATech_ChristianB. Hopefully that'll solve the problem.

    SOLVED!
    Thank you guys for the help.
    Creating another media did the trick.
    I cannot believe I wasn't able to boot from Microsoft's USB Media...

    I have seen several faulty images on Microsoft USB sticks.

    Going to BIOS Settings ,you also need to startup order, make the Windows computer to boot from a bootable disk.
    Or create a new bootable USB drive by following:https://www.iseepassword.com/how-to-make-bootable-usb-drive.html

    Sometimes, Rufus didn't work on my Windows 10 computer a bootable USB  made with it didn't work, I also tried some methods on the Internet before this tutorial, it actually helped.

    Lol..This works also.
    I had also experienced the same but was able to solve this by knowing exactly what your hard drive supports whie making USB bootable by any of the available software.
    Go to the Search bar and type "create and format hard drive partitions" and open it. Select the disc where you want to install the window and open properties after pressing right click and go to the volume tab where you can find in the Partition Style either it is GPT or MBR. 
    so create the Bootable USB according to it.

    Found the fix when I made a new bootable USB drive and used the NTFS format instead of FAT32.
