6.0.7 crashing at startup after multiple attempts. It eventually opens after restarting it about 6 or 7 times.
This is the error in event viewer.

Any help on this? It's really quite annoying to just start the program 6 times or so to get it to run. Works fine once I have it up and running.

    Hello,

    ntdll.dll is Nvidia driver related.

I would completely wipe the drivers with a program called DDU (display driver uninstaller) which you can download here:

    http://www.guru3d.com/files-get/display-driver-uninstaller-download,20.html

If you ever had an AMD card in your system I would also use the tool to wipe the AMD drivers as well.

After running the program and removing all your current display drivers re-install the most up to date graphics drivers (you can download them at geforce.com or evga.com) and see if the issue persists.

Tried this in safe mode with no luck. Also uninstalled and reinstalled EVGA precision, then cleaned the registry with ccleaner afterwards, still no luck, though.

Without knowing anything about your Computer I would say that that your OS is not updated with the Current Updates as well as not the Current Chipset Drivers and last maybe your Bios is really old on your Motherboard.

Sounds like something in Windows is causing the fault. Run the system file checker for a system integrity check.

I ran sfc /scannow and all files verified fine.

I'm running windows 10 64 bit with version 1607 on the 14393.321 build.

Gigabyte Z87-D3HP-CF board with the newest bios version -- F7

    All motherboard drivers are updated.

    i7 4770k
    EVGA Titan X(GM200)

Newest video card drivers were installed -- 373.06

EVGA Precision is the only program crashing on me with the faulting module ntdll.dll

I can't quite figure out why, but it's pissing me off. Lol

I can use everything else, such as shadowplay, run any applications with no problems. Chrome, Firefox, all games new and old like Battlefield 1 and older DOS games work fine.

Not sure. I'll give it a go and let you know.

May consider this. We'll see. I mean, it works if I restart it 3 - 6 times, so not sure I'll go back or not.

So, I went back to 6.0.6 and it's much more stable. I guess the 6.0.7 version is just crap on my computer for whatever reason.

    Thanks for all the help.

I figured out the problem. It was my 2nd monitor I had plugged in that was running at 1680 x 1050. If you have a 2nd monitor or another monitor to test, try it and reboot your computer. It completely stopped EVGA precision from crashing after switching out that monitor.
