I can confirm that you have not yet registered the chassis to your account. Please Register your Product first then you should be able to see the download link.

Thanks for the info. I built the case not thinking to look for the serial number.
Where is it on the case? It's heavy and don't want to disrupt the build trying to find it.
Thought since I bought it through evgas site it was in the system already.

Take the cover off to the fans on the right side, there is a sticker at the bottom.

downloaded the software, tried running it but get this error "cant find usb hid device" any advice or clue

It is a very nice case, i really like the room inside. I always buy full size cases but this one is awesome. Just cant get the software to work

just gotta make sure you plug in all USB plugs to the motherboard as that is how it communicates.

Ok good to know, the only one not hooked is the 3.0 usb. Awaiting my low profile extension to get here because the harddrive cage is in the way do to the right angle of the 3.0 usb connection. Hey another question if you know, how is the 3.1 usb connected?

usb 3.0 and 3.1 use the same mobo connection, just a data rate difference.

I just tried installing it and I got an error message stating "Get User Code Checksum : Blank Check Failed!! My K boost button immediately stopped working and none of the fam controls on the front of the case work anymore. I have attempted to install in safe mode, closing down all background processes and no luck. Anyone have any ideas or had a similar issue? update - fan controller is now completely dead and the lights arnt even coming on. Every single fan is now non functional and I am worried about even browsing the web on it. So far I am not having a great experience with this software as it appears that it literally bricked the entire fan controller. Hopefully someone can answer before my help ticket is answered. Any help would be appreciated, trying to keep the faith here. further edit - Jacob if you see this, its Will ( Molly's brother ) from Chino. HALP!
