Question:  Anyone know the thread of the screws that are used to mount the fan to the rad?

I was looking for an answer to this too.
 
Read online of someone using this toolkit because of the types of screws the cards use.

This kit includes everything for a few dollars less ;) just installed mine with it. Holding 2ghz+ core @ around 46-47C with heaven looping.

Max temp 48C after two hours of playerunknown battlegrounds with usage 90-99% 3440x1440p 100hz. This is at 2050 core and +400 on memory.

They are essentially the same kit. I didn't see the iFixit kit being worth it for 10 extra bits at twice the price. I'm not sure about the quality difference, but everything I've read says they are almost identical.

Ok mine is installed.  I took longer than I though as the instructions were a bit lacking.
 
I did make a couple changes.  I used my own TIM, Thermal Grizzly Aeronaut.  I also removed the included fan.  I installed 2 Corsair 120 mm High Static pressure fans in push pull, connected via a splitter to a motherboard fan header.
 
With that ran the Valley Benchmark.  Let it set for about 20-30.  Card was in the 40s, and was solid at 2038 Mhz gpu core and 11ghz memory.  I can see there is a lot more room, but this is a significant bump from stock.  It is also silent.

Congrats all! Guessing that this kit + old titan xp = new titan xp. Good stuff

Well now since it has been several days, I thought I would give an update.  In game the card is running at 2ghz and 11ghz, which on a Titan X pascal is great.  That is +140 core clock and plus +490 mem in afterburner.  I load into the mid 50's in game.  For a Tital X pascal, that is within reason, with this much of an overclock.  
 
I will say that the stock Titan cooler was absolute junk.  There is no way I was able to get close to a 2ghz and 11ghz card on the stock cooling.
 
So, after all of this, I hope EVGA gets a lot of stock in on this cooler.  It is worth the cost.

Thanks, I tried buying one from EU site, but the site went tits up and now they're all gone! yay EVGA! and their EU phone line kept sending me to the US and they had no idea what I was on about.

Its a 1200 dollar card. It deserves to be watercooled. seems like anyone who would spend 1200 on the card would spend a little more to cool it well. 

Except, nvidia doesn't allow cooler modification lmao... That's the whole problem here.

Wrong, not true. They have said the opposite. You can Modify your Gpu's in Water cooling, etc.

Hi all, just some results of my EVGA Hybrid cooler on the 2016 Titan Pascal. I was blown away. Feel free to ask questions. I put yellow boxes around the important plots. Definitely worth a buy!!!!!

Info:
-NO overclock limits or fan curves were changed from standard settings at all!!!
-Game: Player Unknown Battlegrounds gameplay at steady state
-The cooler was not the 1080 one, it was the one specifically for the TitanX/1080ti.
-Ambient temperature was 72F

Awesome work! Can not wait to do mine! I received my kit 1 day before I went backpacking in Thailand (14th April), and I have to wait until 17th of July to build it on my card. But I have some more questions, do you mind to PM?
